Easter- April 2014

I've been looking back through the pictures on my phone and missing the babies my kids were just a few months ago! Also, basically nothing has been recorded on the blog this summer, so now is the time. 

Easter! Cam's dad had just been diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer and cam was headed to saint george to be with his parents so we had an early Easter egg hunt. Also, we aren't super into holidays overtaking Sundays or the meaning of the holidays.

We forgot baskets and gave them next to no candy. Also, sorry but we didn't tell them that a giant rabbit hopped around scattering candy in nana's backyard. (Isn't that kind of frightening anyway!?!)

And somewhere between the cookies and the Easter egg hunt, a pile of sugar was discovered in a dresser-courtesy of one of the king children 

I love that this nameless child was clearly eating the sugar after hiding it away in the furniture.
