In true female fashion, Stella girl has fallen in love with shoes. We just got her two new pairs, and after an entire summer of going barefoot, these shoes are like a revelation to her. She chants "soes, sooooes," and carries them around the house. She brings them to me and begs me to put them on. She can't ask yet, so she just hands them to me and starts grunting desperately. When I put them on she giggles, so I know I understood perfectly.
Also, she just started saying "thanks" today, which is adorable.
