When I gave up and handed charlie the ipad at 11 pm tonight with the wonder pets theme song playing, he exclaimed, "oh, you make me so happy. You are a really good mom."
I am being judged against the criteria of a two-year-old, but I am still going to take it as a compliment. Maybe I'll go give him some candy so I can finish the night feeling really good about mothering.
