We dropped off my mom and her enormous amount of luggage at the airport. she and Janis and Danuta (distant polish/Canadian cousin turned BFF found through family history and ancestory.com) flew to Philadelphia to visit uncle Kaz and meet other distant cousins and do family history work.

Then jessamyn came to stay with us with darlie Roxy and brand new little Avie. It was so fun to have them here and get to snuggle a little one!

And back to the airport to pick up nana at the end of the week, and pee in the bushes at the airport, to avoid leaving the car unattended in the pickup lane and also to stop the wailing coming from both children
I wasn't much of a hostess for poor Jess and her girls, because as life would have it, cam's business partner quit the business and I was setting appointments, taking calls and managing orders while cam was helpless in the ocean. I don't really like to revisit those stressful memories, but it happened and though these pictures make me long for summer evenings, the reality of how hard our summer was makes me so glad it's over!
