of the first two weeks of December
BEST: Dad taught Charlie to pray. Cutest thing I've ever seen. He LOVES praying and wants to do it all day long. He folds his little arms and sits so quietly on your lap, then gives you a kiss after.
WORST: Another ear infection. Just as we get back on a sleep schedule....yuck
BEST: New trick...climbing onto the table...Mastered
WORST: Charlie is always on the table. Taking him off is only a challenge to repeat the trick. Again. And again.
BEST: Super nice Mike at poison control assuring me that lots of kids climb on the kitchen table, remove the child proof lid and drink an entire bottle of children's ibuprofen.
WORST: Development of serious temper tantrums...any time you impede his progress. At all. For anything.
BEST: Going to the park in December in just a sweater!
BEST: Crib mattresses are remarkable springy and are great for jumping
WORST: So are mom and dad mattresses, from which you can take a flying leap, and smash the face on the coffee table
WORST: When your baby looks like Rocky
